30+ years across Fortune 100, federal government, and small business. Now I build AI systems that answer every call, follow up on every lead, and recover revenue you did not know you were leaving behind.
Let's Talk
In 1988, I walked into my first sales territory at Merck Pharmaceuticals with one goal: help doctors understand how our products could save lives. I did not just sell. I taught. I trained. I showed healthcare professionals how to transform patient outcomes.
That teaching instinct earned me Merck's Vice President's Club Award and made me one of the youngest Region Training Managers in company history. I wrote the training matrix for ZOCOR, a billion-dollar drug. For 10 years in Big Pharma, I learned something that still drives everything I build: the best solution in the world fails without proper implementation.
Then I bet on myself. For 25 years as a business owner, I built P.M. Holmes and Associates into an Atlanta marketing firm managing campaigns for AT&T, Coca-Cola, Ford Motor Company, the Georgia Lottery, and 18 winning political campaigns, including the $125M Parks Bond Referendum in DeKalb County.
As Chief of Staff for DeKalb County, I coordinated 17,000+ employees and co-created the county's economic development strategic plan. At FEMA, I led Public Assistance staffing across three federal regions.
Today, all of that experience powers one mission: building AI automation systems that make businesses money while the owner is doing the actual work.
Every system I build does one thing: recover money your business is already earning but losing to missed calls, forgotten follow-ups, and manual processes that steal your time.
Every talk includes live AI demonstrations. Your audience does not just hear about AI. They see it work in real time on a real business problem.
How missed calls, cold quotes, and forgotten follow-ups cost service businesses $50K to $200K per year, and the 30-second automation that stops the bleeding.
A no-jargon walkthrough of what AI actually does for a small business today: answers calls, books appointments, sends follow-ups, and generates reviews while you do the real work.
How managing disaster response across three federal regions taught me the operational discipline that makes AI automation work at scale for private businesses.
For professionals over 40 with decades of expertise. How to identify your monetizable knowledge, package it into repeatable systems, and build income that does not require trading more hours.
Whether you are interested in AI automation for your business, want to book me for a speaking engagement, or have a partnership opportunity, I would love to hear from you.
